In 2008 Dimitris and his partner won the London Fashion Fringe award for young designers and set up their own brand under the name JenaTheo. They showcased their collections twice a year at London Fashion Week and participated in several fashion trade shows in Paris.

Since 2016 Dimitris has been tutoring fashion design and illustration back in his hometown Thessaloniki, while working as a freelance fashion designer and illustrator.
